The services are determined after the client has been assessed. This is accomplished by meeting with a search consultant at which time an evaluation is made. The commitment is to work with the client until they have accepted a position of their choice. Fees range from 4% - 10% of base salary with the final payment due 45 days after client accepts the position. The fees are not recurring.
