Mystery Shopping is a form of market research which involves going into a retail store and reporting the details of your shopping experience on a questionnaire that we provide to you. Our Clients include Sanity, Giordano, Rip Curl, Supre, Cotton On, Gymnasiums, Fast Food outlets and more. When you visit the store you will be required to look at cleanliness, service levels, staff activity, fitting room service etc. You must have good oral & written skills, a good eye for detail along with a great memory. Experience in retail or customer service is a bonus. You must be able to use & have daily access to the Internet & email as all assignments will be completed on line via our website. You need to be reliable & able to meet deadlines. You will be paid between $15 - $60 gross per completed questionnaire, depending on the content.
