A great 4 doctor practice in Marlborough is after a full time GP to join their practice in a permanent position with a view to partnership. An interesting semi-rural practice, they do an occasional clinic at the regional air force base.
The practice has plenty of variety in the pathologies seen, they act as an A&E during the day so there are a number of walk in patients with a variety of trauma. The current team of GPs are very supportive, and keen to support the career of young doctors. The practice runs 8.30am to 5pm, with afterhours via the regional base hospital, with minimal on-call commitments.
Situated in a lovely small town near the stunning Marlborough sounds, with fantastic cafes and boutique shops it has a relaxed yet cosmopolitan feel. The region enjoys a wonderful sunny climate, which makes the array of outdoor activities on offer even more appealing. Boating or kayaking in the isolated regions of the sounds, fishing and hiking are just a start. Salary approx $3000.00 per week paid on a percentage basis, negotiable over time. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
