MYSTERY SHOPPING IS: a casual way to earn extra money around your other commitments, visiting retail and hospitality businesses and making inquiries and purchases, evaluating customer service and company standards with our checklist and submitting your findings via our on-line reporting platform.
MYSTERY SHOPPERS NEED: regular and reliable internet and e-mail access, a printer, a great memory, excellent report writing skills, the ability to role-play and improvise, excellent English language and communication skills and a PayPal account.

ABOUT ABOVE BENCHMARK: We are an Australian Market Research company specialising in Mystery Shopping and we have just partnered with our first client in NZ. We are an equal opportunity employer and accept applications from all walks of life. We value our shoppers and treat them as people, not numbers. We offer large timeframes- usually at least 2 weeks to do a report and we’re easy to contact if you have a question or need help submitting a report. We pay weekly and payments are based on individual survey requirements. Payments are made via PayPal and start at $15 AUD for quick and easy enquiries. (Current conversion is about $15 AUD = $18.95 NZD and is subject to change at time of payment depending on currency exchange)
