Hello. To introduce myself to you I would describe myself as a senior and widely experienced architect with strong design and management capabilities. I have worked in New Zealand, England and Dubai and am now looking to find a suitable senior role. I am presentable, friendly, design led, have an eye for detail, and a flair for developed design work. I am technically sound, and have robust work and contract administration procedures coupled with budgetary and programme awareness. I have assisted with the development of a wide range of project types, including large scale, often high profile, services intensive developments that have included mixed use and residential schemes. I am also a member of the Chartered Managers Institute (UK).
