I have 19+ years Graphic Design, Mac Operator and management experience with the last four being here in New Zealand. Fully trained designer/technical illustrator to HND level, with extensive skill using Apple Mac/PC, and experience producing strong design’s through to finished print ready PDF’s. I have extensive knowledge of Adobe CS and experience in website design/animation, digital video and photography. I've lived and worked here in New Zealand since Sept 05 arriving with permanent residency coming from the UK as a skilled migrant. I was made redundant from my position as design and marketing team leader for Premium Real Estate Ltd in Takapuna early in 2009. I gained many valuable skills in marketing as team leader that would be put to good use working for the Warehouse. I was responsible for the daily design and print requirements for their nine branches and dealt with several publications, Real Estate Agents, and clients, requiring the best quality and dynamic advertising for their property. From advertising boards outside the home to flyers/mailers, always mindful of being within budget, on time and with the best quality printed result, having a great feeling of success when their property sold. The challenge of creating new design templates and learning how to use Campaign Track, (a web based publication software package run from Australia) were problems to overcome but I saw these as challenges to add interest to the normal routine of sending many publications to print each day, there was never a dull or quiet moment.
