I am currently taking steps in my career and exploring where my strengths best fit in the current market place. My objective is to server in a business analyst capacity where I can use my skills in problem solving, quality control and client relations is a business-to-business environment. I feel that I have the education and experience to fulfill such a position. In my latest position I approved and implemented the maintenance and enhancement requests for an enterprise wide Remedy Action Request System. Prioritizing and implementing these requests I increased the functionality and usability of the many help desks that used the application. I have also been the project lead and developer for an enterprise wide quality compliance system, which enabled Bell Nexia to position itself strategically with the internal customer base. I am confident that my experience, skills and education would benefit any organization seeking a professional with these strengths.
